You have several options to register;

Online
You can click on the link HERE and complete your registration information and workshop preferences. Once you've completed your details you will then be directed to Paypal to complete your payment. 

Mail
You can use this registration form if you're paying by cheque and wish to mail us your completed form and payment. 

Fax
Alternatively you can complete your credit card details on the registration form and fax through to us on 250-763-4910. 

Phone
You are welcome to phone our offices and we can take down your registration information and credit card information over the phone. You can call us on 250-763-0456 

In Person
If you're local to Kelowna you are welcome to come into our offices and make your payment by cash, credit card or debit card. Our offices are at; 1829 Chander Street, Kelowna. Don't forget to bring your completed registration form so we have all your information and workshop preferences. 

Conference Refund / Transfer and Cancellation Policy 
  • Refunds of 50% of the original fee paid will be made if written notice is received by April 30th, 2012. No refunds will be granted for withdrawal after that date.  
  • You may choose to transfer your registration to another person. Please contact us prior to May 18th, 2012 if you cannot attend and would like another person to come in your place. 
  • Contact Helen Mills (helen.mills@thebridgeservices.ca) via email and provide full details of the existing delegate, together with the name and full contact details of the replacement delegate. The replacement delegate will be registered for the same workshop choices as the original delegate unless space is available in preferred alternatives. Changes to workshop choices cannot be guaranteed.
